Located at Brgy. Mongpong, Roxas City, the 5 hectare site is owned by Teodorica Corporation. Its location sets on an elevated agro-industrial land along Banica Mongpong Road, a flood-free area about 10 - 15 minutes tricycle ride from the city proper. With its calming vibrant scenery and picturesque design, Mt. Zion will surely give more color and attraction to the enchanting and historic city of Roxas.

The entrance gate and landscaping of the park is already finished. Construction of roads and pavements inside is on going. At present, the park is already accepting internment.
